We had a 10-man manual assembly line that Martin Nazareth helped dramatically improve to a one-man cell through workplace reorganization and adding one robot. We further automated the rest of the plant from a process layout to dedicated product cells resulting in significant productivity improvement, freed-up space and a great ROI. This allowed us to acquire other businesses and consolidate them within the same plant. The total verified improvement was 400% and 50% of freed up space in our 100K SFT facility.
